Situated in a large old church nestling at the gateway to Shrewsbury Castle, Serenity is a great place to relax or meet friends. Get fit with our 30 minute circuit workout in the ladies only Gym, get healthy and look great with our holistic and beauty therapies in a spa environment within The Sanctuary, and relax in our sophisticated coffee shop, Cafe Retreat. We welcome you to our website which will introduce you to all the areas of Serenity and hopefully gives you a taster of what we have to offer and hope to see you in store very soon.
Cafe Retreat
Café Retreat sits on the second floor beneath the stone-carved arches of the old church, looking over the historical sites of Shrewsbury castle and Library (once school of Charles Darwin). The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of town, for light Lunches, teas or coffee and a great place to meet up with friends.
Girls Alive Fitness
Girls Alive Fitness at Serenity is on the ground floor and is the newest addition to our revolutionary store. A ladies only, friendly, informal atmosphere with non-intimidating and easy to use equipment for metabolic circuit training, giving an effective 30 minute workout! All ages and abilities welcome for a free trial.
The Sanctuary
Our Sanctuary on the first floor provides an oasis of calm for both male and female clients offering a broad spectrum of beauty and holistic therapies in a spa environment. Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Massage , Counselling, Pamper days, Hypnotherapy, Body Wraps, Waxing, Health Kinesiology and Reflexology are available to name but a few.
